根據民航局規定，空服員發動罷工，服勤空服員仍須依照工時規定，退役空服員轉任地勤未滿2年，轉回空服員只需受訓一週，退役2到4年者要受訓2到3週，超過4年者，要比照新進員工受訓3個月，離職空服員重新回任空服，必須報民航局。
